RESERVISTS' RIGHTS

More than 200,000 military reserve and National Guard personnel have been called to active duty in the nation's fight against terrorism.

In addition to medical checkups, all reservists called up undergo a "legal checkup" to ensure that their legal affairs - ranging from wills, to child custody, to apartment leases, to re-employment rights - are in order before they are shipped out. That way, these men and women can serve their country knowing that their families' important legal needs are taken care of.
